Holly Heartz, registered dietitian and sports nutritionist, has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of New Brunswick, a Bachelor of Science degree (honors) in Foods and Nutrition form the University of Western Ontario and has completed her Dietetic Internship at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Charlottetown, PEI. She is currently working on her Masters in Kinesiology and fitness leader certification.
Holly has established her own nutrition consulting business and offers a variety of services to individuals, organizations and businesses. She has worked with a variety of clients including: NBPower, Sobey's, UNB, STU, the MS Society, Kingswood Park, Base Gagetown, the New Brunswick Council for Fitness and Active Living, the YMCA, Judo NB, long term care facilities and River Valley Health. As a service provider for the Canadian Sports Center-Atlantic she has counseled athletes for the Canada Games, Pan Am games and the Olympics. Holly has also been interviewed for various newspaper and magazine articles.
